| Q. | What is Guerilla Affiliate's Policy on Spam? | |
| Ans. | All Guerilla Affiliate's Must agree to not utilize SPAM in promoting Guerilla Affiliate or any of it's products.
This action will result in the immediate suspension, investigation and if proven termination of your account or termination of Affiliate account with a cancellation of any pending commissions. Affiliates will also be in
Violations of the Guerilla Affiliate Agreement and this may subject you to legal action and you will be held liable for any financial loss incurred by Guerilla Affiliate. Any service interruptions to Guerilla Affiliate as a result of
Affiliates spamming will be billed to Affiliates at 200 U.S. dollars per hour until service is restored.
