What cost -profits and guru addiction?
Lets be honest, if you've ever even dabbled with the idea of making money online, chances are you have bought a book or course written by some Guru or other with titles such as 'Make 10k online in 24 hrs, or 'Your own online gold mine- no effort required'. Were you seduced by their pictures of luxury houses or top of the range sports cars along side bold statements such as 'I got so rich online- look what I bought, you can get just as much money by buying my no work system...you buy and apply and don't even make back the cost of a cuppa coffee! So how is it that you end up a few weeks late buying yet another such product? Could you be suffering from guru addiction? It's an easy trap to fall into- you read it makes sense, it looks promising- but some how deep down you sense that they have left out the important step that would enable you to actually succeed!
It's a tricky problem, but one that can be overcome. First of all you have to stop and ask yourself three important questions and face one vital truth:
Q. How does this marketing gurus make most of their money?
A. By writing get rich quick course and selling them to you-more often than not!
How many of them actually make money any other way?
Q. Do they have the secret of making 10k in 24 hrs hours without doing any work online?
A. If they did- why are they trying to get $99 out of you?
If it were possible and you knew how, wouldn't you be sitting on an island somewhere in the sun?
If you want to earn six figure online- you are going to have to work for it- no such thing as a free lunch I'm afraid. You may see footage of gurus who 'appear ' to make a lot of cash in hours- but what you dont see is that it may have taken them many months or even years of sustained effort leading up to that moment.
Online, just as in any sort of business offline- you have to use your common sense and own good judgement.
Be honest with yourself- do most people have to work for a living or is there really a magic money tree? Just how much have you spent of guru products so far that haven't made you a profit?
Business is no different from life...sometimes you get lucky, you find you have a knack for something, or you learn a set of skills that you can apply to bring you success. Generally, the truth is that there is no 'Big Secret' to earning online, with fewer ways making a six figure income with no work involved A succeesful webmaster with experience and years of succeesfully making a good income can however teach you how to earn a living online, the skill set you need, and save you vast amounts of money, time and frustration as their teaching can shortcut your learning curve and fast track you earning potential.
The last and most important question to ask yourself is this, who is more likely to teach you what you need to know to enable you to make money online, the guru who claims to do nothing all day except sit around on the beach counting their money (even though you already know they leave out the vita info that would enable you to succed simply because they don't want you to become as succesful as they are ) or a skilled webmaster who happily earns six figures and is confident to teach you how- as they have no fear of teaching a no gimmick, sustainable method as they know there is plenty of room for others to do the same. So carry on buying fantasy 'get rich, no effort, guru guides' if you enjoy reading for pleasure but are not serious about making your living online- or better still find a real method used by a real webmaster and with work and learnt skills build a real and sustainable living online.
